She was born on August 16th in 1985. in the latter half of 1990, she began acting on television, and she has appeared in many films including The Woods Blue Car Murder by Numbers Blood and Chocolate and The Anna Nicole Story. Bruckner's career started at age 11. In 1999, she appeared in The Bold and the Beautiful daytime soap and in several television pilots. In the age group of 15, Bruckner got her first lead role in the independent movie Blue Car (2002) in which she portrayed a high school student who was involved in a relationship with her teacher, played by David Strathairn. Roger Ebert wrote in his review of the film that Bruckner handles this difficult script completely. Bruckner is nominated as the "Best female leading actress" by Independent Spirit Award. Born and raised in a household of three siblings: one brother and two sisters. Hungarian was the first language she learned and practiced regularly to ensure the fluency. Bruckner is a Californian in Hollywood born daughter of a Hungarian dad and Russian mother. Her paternal grandparents were German. The couple met in Hungary and moved from Hungary to U.S. in 1984 through a refugee camp in Italy. There are two sisters and a younger brother.
